1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OathRegistry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

OathRegistry provides verification, record keeping, and notarization registry services (collectively, the "Services"). These may include identity checks, document authentication, and registry maintenance.

3. Digital Products

We offer downloadable information materials, templates, and guides ("Digital Products").

4. Physical Goods

We may supply printed certificates, seals, or other tangible items ("Goods").

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are listed on our site. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept credit cards and other payment methods indicated.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise. Our reimbursement policy is as follows:

6.1 Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, we will reimburse the full fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may incur a partial charge to cover administrative effort. Certain Services, such as notarization and registry submissions, require third-party involvement and are not eligible for reimbursement once processing has begun. This is because credentials and documents undergo immediate handling and external validation.

6.2 Digital Products

If you report a defect within 14 days of download, we will provide a corrected version or a full reimbursement upon verification of the defect. After 14 days, all sales of Digital Products are final due to instant access.

6.3 Physical Goods

You may request a replacement or reimbursement within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original condition. To initiate a request, please contact us. We will provide instructions to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we will process a reimbursement or ship a replacement.

7. Rescheduling

For any Service appointment, you may request to reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate changes subject to availability without additional charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OathRegistry is not liable for any indirect or consequential harm arising from use of our Services.
